"¿Por qué "9.70"?

En el 2012 decidimos de manera independiente realizar un documental contando la historia que queríamos contar, de la manera que queríamos contarla y en el tiempo que nuestro presupuesto nos lo permitia. Ese documental se llama 9.70El gobierno colombiano en el 2010 promulgó una serie de leyes y resoluciones en tiempo record. El objetivo: lograr la firma del Tratado de Libre Comercio con Estados Unidos. Una de las condiciones que puso el gobierno de Barack Obama y su antecesor George W Bush fue una legislación sobre la privatización de la semilla.Una de esas leyes es la RESOLUCION 9.70. Esta resolución prohibe una práctica milenaria que los campesinos realizaban a la hora de producir alimento, que consistía en reservar parte de su cosecha para la próxima siembra. De esa manera obtenían semillas cada vez más fuertes y cultivos más eficientes. La resolución 9.70 prohibe esto y condena a quienes lo hagan a la carcel. "
